In order to disseminate the knowledge we gained in the field of rural and tribal development, the vision of a Training Institute was conceived. The Institute came into operation in 1995. Through the Training Institute, we are spreading the information of our successful NRM experiences to organizations inside and outside India.

Highly qualified staff design and conduct the training programmes utilizing more than 30 solid years of field experiences. The instructors are involved in field research, which contributes to the richness of the training because of the level of insight they can offer. In addition, services of resource persons from premier academic and training institutes and the government departments are available to the Institute.

Most of our training programs are based on field experiences and are balanced with theoretical inputs.

Due to the long-standing successful experience of the organization in natural resource development and management, SADGURU has been recognized by government, international bodies and the corporate sector for its replicable and result oriented programmes. The organisation has made a niche for itself and has been involved in consultation for preparing proposals, designing and implementing projects for many sectors.
